Abstract
The
urbanization
process
in
China
has
to
deal
with
numerous
unique
challenges,
such
as
rapid
urbanization,
significant
regional
disparities,
high
natural
resource
consumption,
severe
environmental
pollution,
and
difficulties
unified
governance,
all
of
which
exacerbate
the
vulnerability
China's
urban
ecosystems.
In
order
investigate
ecological
resilience
(UER)
China,
this
study
integrates
factors
into
assessment
framework
evaluate
UER
China.
Using
social
network
analysis
based
on
a
modified
gravity
model,
structure
characteristics
was
assessed
formation
mechanism
spatial
association
networks
further
explored,
aiming
identify
vulnerabilities
resilient
areas.
results
indicate:
(1)
shows
distinct
differentiation,
distribution
pattern
exhibiting
gradient
decreasing
values
from
east
west.

economically
developed
areas
eastern
coastal
regions

“radiation
effects”
associations,

“central”

improving
overall
region.

Abstract
Under
the
background
of
digitization
and
greening
in
China,
digital
infrastructure
offers
new
opportunities
for
developing
green
innovation.
This
paper
investigates
effect
on
urban
innovation
using
panel
data
from
285
Chinese
prefecture-level
cities
between
2011
2020,
explains
mechanism
its
spatial-temporal
dynamic
effect.
The
results
demonstrate
that
promotes
Talent
agglomeration,
R&D
investment
increase,
industrial
structure
upgrading
are
crucial
channels.
Furthermore,
depending
a
city’s
size,
human
capital,
environmental
regulations,
financial
subsidies,
contributes
to
differently.
Also,
there
is
not
only
positive
spatial
spillover
but
threshold
presents
nonlinear
trend
rising
marginal
study
provides
perspective
promoting
innovation,
which
makes
difference
facilitating
high-level
development
collaboratively.

Assessing
the
impact
of
new-type
urbanization
(NTU)
on
green
technological
innovation
reveals
how
effectively
policy
fosters
sustainable
growth
and
advancement.
This

policymakers
optimize
strategies

promote
eco-friendly

national
efforts
with
broader
environmental
goals.
Using
panel
data
from
274
cities
in
China
2009
2021,
this
study
regards
a
NTU
pilot
as
quasi-natural
experiment
uses
multi-period
difference-in-differences
(DID)
method
examine
innovation.Its
heterogeneous
effects
are
examined
perspective
economic
development,
industrial
structure,
resource
endowment,
foundation
innovation.
Based

development
(R&D)
expenditure

moderating
variables

findings

that
