Background: Curcuminoids, the bioactive compounds found in turmeric, exhibit potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and neuroprotective properties. This study aims to enhance extraction of curcuminoids from turmeric using environmentally friendly solvents supercritical CO2 (scCO2) combined with natural deep eutectic (NADESs) one process, evaluate resulting biological activity. Methods: A Box–Behnken statistical design was applied optimize scCO2 conditions—pressure, volume, temperature—to maximize curcuminoid yield. Next, menthol lactic acid NADESs were selected, these two into a single process. The activity extract evaluated antioxidant assays (ferric reducing power 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) enzyme inhibition (acetylcholinesterase, butyrylcholinesterase, tyrosinase). Toxicity assessments conducted on aquatic invertebrates Daphnia pulex, Artemia sp., Chironomus aprilinus. Results: most effective achieved menthol–lactic NADES as cosolvent, integrated at 1:20 ratio plant material while combination scCO2. optimized scCO2–NADES resulted high yield (33.35 mg/g), outperforming (234.3 μg/g), ultrasound-assisted (30.50 alcohol-based (22.95–26.42 mg/g). In assays, demonstrated significant enzymes studies showed concentration-dependent response, EC50 for aprilinus level 0.098 μL/mL pulex exhibiting sensitivity extract. Grape seeds are by-products of vinification process. In this work, a green ultrasound-assisted extraction grape oil was performed by using the natural volatile deep eutectic solvent (NADES) menthol: thymol 1:1. This study investigates the biorefinery approach to extracting blood–brain barrier (BBB)-permeable compounds from Eucalyptus globulus Labill. and Salvia officinalis L. for neuroprotective purposes. The deterioration of the Carica papaya L. fruit caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides highlights importance postharvest packaging for extending shelf life. To this end, in present study, pectin/gelatin-based food (FPC) was enriched with Azadirachta indica hydroethanolic extract (HNE), obtained pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) and microwave-assisted (MAE). HNE showed a high concentration phenolic compounds, values 2893 mg GAE/100 g 3136 thickness incorporated (FPC + HNE) did not significantly differ HNE-PLE: 0.10 ± 0.01, FPC HNE-MAE: 0.16 0.04) from control (FPC: 0.11 0.00). Nevertheless, exhibited enhanced elongation 10.33 0.2%, 9.50 0.2%) compared to (8.00 0.0%). ABSTRACT Honeysuckle, a traditional Chinese medicine, holds significant medicinal value, making it ubiquitous in the medical field. However, efficient extraction of chlorogenic acid from herbal medicine while maintaining its pharmacological activity remains pressing challenge. To address issues environmental pollution and inefficient using solvents, there is need to develop novel solvent. Due their low cost, nontoxic, environmentally friendly characteristics, deep eutectic solvents can be used for extracting materials preserving active ingredients during process. In this study, we examined antibacterial acid, key component honeysuckle, after We gained preliminary insights into extract against various bacteria, including Escherichia coli , Staphylococcus aureus Pseudomonas aeruginosa . Furthermore, analyzed extracts different concentrations liquid medium, morphology bacteria inhibition was analyzed. These findings suggest that solvent (DES) an efficient, friendly, cost‐effective method components honeysuckle. Moreover, extracted DES retain robust physiological activity.
