In this study, a novel hybrid fuzzy decision-making model is constructed for the effective omnichannel strategy selection of financial services. The first phase related to inputting missing expert decisions quality function deployment (QFD) stages and service strategies. QFD services are then weighted by bipolar [Formula: see text]-rung orthopair ([Formula: text]-ROF) multi-stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis text]-SWARA) based on golden ratio. The current study focuses on selecting the most suitable site location for a manufacturing industry using Factor Rating Method (FRM). considers six key factors: Raw Materials Availability, Location, Availability of Labor, Transport, Utilities, and Environmental Impact. FRM assign weights to each factor based their relative importance. results indicate that holds highest weight, suggesting its critical influence selection decisions. Subsequently, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Best Worst (BWM) are utilized prioritize three available alternatives through pairwise criteria comparisons. analysis reveals Location C emerges as favorable option, effectively meeting industry’s requirements. successful application these methods demonstrates value in aiding decision-making processes related selection. By considering multiple factors utilizing structured methodologies, organizations can make informed choices aligned with specific needs goals. This research contributes existing body knowledge by providing insights into effective strategies industry. Further opportunities exist incorporating additional factors, addressing real-world constraints, conducting sensitivity analyses enhance accuracy applicability decision-making.

Qatar is making concerted efforts at the national level to decrease anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions. The country has set its National Determined Contribution (NDC) in line with Paris Agreement reduce overall emissions by 25% year 2030. This study identifies several pathways, which can explore achieve goals. It explores Qatar’s potential for renewable energy generation (solar and wind), carbon offset through planting trees, purchase of credits. starts investigating available wind solar country, considering physical legal restrictions, limit land be utilized RE generation. Multi-criteria Decision carried out utilizing Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) variable percentage estimation ArcMap Geographic Information Systems software. Next, a review based on climate performed identify suitable tree species that would promote atmospheric CO 2 sequestration country. Finally, cost implication offsetting using verified credits considered compared other options.
