Monitoring and control of humidity is important for industry, agriculture human activities. Currently, it achallengeto develop highly sensitive sensors with both the response time recovery less than 1 s.Therefore, isdifficult to dynamically monitor rapid changes in humidity. Here, we report a resistive sensor based on an ultrathin graphene oxide (GO) film, which formed by stacked single-layered GO. Both s range 10 %–95 % relative (RH). The shortest reported GO-based can be 0.33 at RH, indicating fastest property date. Moreover, sensitive, accurately detect distance between finger as well strength breath. simple preparation, microscale structure, extremely fast make new alternative integrated real-time monitoring functions.
