Abstract A novel impedimetric magneto-immunosensor based on iron oxide (Fe 3 O 4 ) nanoparticles coated with 3-phosphonopropionic acid (3-PPA) (functionalized magnetic beads, or FMBs) was created for the highly sensitive and selective detection of anti-tissue transglutaminase antibody (anti-tTG) in human serum. This label-less immunosensor introduced by magnetically attaching FMBs onto working electrode surface a neodium magnet. The were utilized as sensing interface had carboxylic groups tTG molecules, which could selectively link target anti-tTG antibody. modification steps carried out microcentrifuge tubes concentrated force before electrochemical analyses. specific immuno-interactions characterized using microscopic techniques, presence antibodies, they captured tTG-immobilized significant increases observed response. magneto biosensor response linearly related to level broad linear range 0.125–15.62 U/mL low limit (LOD) 0.04 U/mL.
