Developing selective and sensitive fluorescent probes for the detection of glutathione (GSH) concentration intracellular distribution is great significance early diagnosis treatment diseases such as liver injury cancer since GSH plays irreplaceable roles in regulating redox homeostasis. Herein, we present a new probe that can be specifically activated by through conjugate addition hydrolysis induced covalent-assembly approach achieving zero-background interference fluorescence off-on sensing. Besides, exhibited prominent selectivity sensitivity, low limit cytotoxicity, thus successfully realizing specific real-time monitoring tracking levels living cells. As consequence, this work might provide potentially promising candidate validating function various physiological pathological processes, which beneficial therapeutics related diseases.
