Alveolar echinococcosis (AE) is a serious parasitic infectious disease that highly invasive and destructive to the liver has high mortality rate. However, currently, there no effective targeted imaging treatment method for precise detection therapy of AE. We proposed new two-step targeting strategy (TSTS) AE based on poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA). designed constructed novel type ICG@PLGA@Lips nanoprobe with integrated properties. First, we used characteristics PLGA gluconeogenic raw material target during blood circulation. Then, utilized specifically penetrating shell achieve specific identification in liver.
