Market potential for organic dairy and meat products from “calf-friendly” dairy farms across different consumer segments

Abstract
As
public
criticism
of
the
management
surplus
dairy
calves
increases,
new
approaches
are
required
to
improve
calf
welfare
maintain
industry’s
license
produce.
Little
is
known
about
consumers’
willingness
buy
(WTB)

and
meat
products
from
farms
that
aim
calves.
This
study
aims

gap
by
identifying
potential
target
groups
for
assessing
market

Abstract
Consumers

Abstract
This
study
clarifies
the
pathway
to
sustainable
local
food
consumption
highlighting
ethical
branding.
Literature

brands
