The nursing profession has significant importance in delivering high-quality healthcare services. Nursing practitioners who have essential competencies and are satisfied with their job vital achieving optimum patient outcomes. Understanding the effects of technology integration on nurse workforce satisfaction is crucial due to fast progress settings. Furthermore, many elements, including self-efficacy, social support, prior experience been recognized as possible mediators or moderators within this association. primary objective quantitative research was examine influence education professionals. This study aimed to determine the technology integration and teaching effectiveness how it affects teachers' performance in Sirawai District, Schools Division of Zamboanga del Norte, during school year 2022-2023. It employed descriptive survey correlational as research methods. Weighted mean, standard deviation, Spearman Rank-Order Correlation Coefficient (Spearman rho) were statistical tools used analysis data. There one hundred nineteen (119) secondary teachers involved respondents. The level was very high. “very high”. teachers’ satisfactory”. levels not significantly correlated. The Indonesian government has implemented an ICT‐based training to improve the innovative behavior of junior high school teachers. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui strategi pengembangan profesionalisme guru di era digital yang dilihat dari tantangan serta peluang dihadirkan. Metode penelitian digunakan dalam ini yakni literature review. Pemakaian teknik pengumpulan data library research dipergunakan untuk menghimpun artikel-artikel sesuai dengan topik dan diperlukan ini. Dalam mencapai hal tersebut, Publish or Perish (PoP) artikel menggunakan database Google Scholar Sciendirect tahun 2019-2023. Tahap terdiri atas tiga tahapan planning, conducting, reporting. Hasil analisis diperoleh sebanyak 19 jurnal terkait berbahasa Inggris maupun Indonesia. Kesimpulan dapat diambil menghadapi maka terdapat diberikan. The pandemic-induced shift to distance learning brought significant changes supplementary education, impacting content representation, teaching methods, assessment, and digital interaction. purpose of the study was investigate readiness technical education teachers in Kazakhstan employ technologies developing schoolchildren's creativity during after pandemic. Furthermore, aimed implement a professional development program enhance teachers' preparedness. To achieve goal study, authors used theoretical analysis assess for technologies.
