Le canton de Vaud en Suisse a lancé depuis 2019 un nouveau format d’éducation numérique pour tous les niveaux, la maternelle au gymnase, qui associe étroitement informatique et sciences sociales. Training agricultural extension workers to educate rural farmers on conservation agriculture (CA) techniques is a significant challenge, especially in areas with limited access the internet. This article evaluates effectiveness of train-the-trainer (TTT) approach that integrates an offline digital library and competency-based training address both information skills needs agents Rwanda. Using Harper et al.'s (2024) TTT framework, study assesses workshop conducted interns, focusing their ability train CA practices. The combined SolarSPELL, portable library, interactive learning experiences enhance technical interpersonal skills. Abstract Many countries struggle to effectively introduce Digital Education (DE) all K-12 students as they lack adequately trained teachers. While cascade models of in-service teacher-professional development (PD) can rapidly deploy PD-programs through multiple levels trainers reach teachers, suffer from many limitations and are often ineffective. We therefore propose an adapted model a primary school DE teacher-PD program throughout administrative region. The relies on teacher-trainers who (i) active teachers in the region, (ii) have prolonged trainer-PD with experts piloted acquire adult-trainer DE-related competences, (iii) supported by deployment. To validate deployment we used data 14 teacher-trainers, 700 trained, 350 experts. teacher-trainer findings demonstrate that addresses most models’ limitations. teacher-related further terms perception, motivation adoption which at least equivalent those obtained conclude, is effective means spreading large scale be other reforms.

The article presents a strategy for designing additional educational programs in the field of teachers’ digital competencies higher agricultural education. relevance research topic is substantiated (based on brief review modern publications Scopus knowledge-intensive database), we developed theoretical approaches to empirical part improve literacy. Introduction Improved laboratory diagnostics is needed to support sepsis diagnosis and combat increasing antibiotic resistance in Benin. We trained clinical experts technicians improve their skills accurate up-to-date diagnostics. Methods A Train-the-Trainer (TtT) approach was used design the course that combines theoretical practical skills, specifically addressing knowledge gaps we had previously identified our national survey. Pedagogical methods were student-centered, including peer learning, use of online materials, work pre-and post-course tests. Results first 10 trainers who turn 40 from across country, both public private veterinary laboratories. The also prepared standard operation procedures for blood culture susceptibility testing based on international standards.
