Göç literatürü, savaş gibi nedenlerle göç etmek zorunda kalan insanların sıklıkla anksiyete ve depresyon psikolojik sosyal sorunlar yaşadığını göstermektedir. Son dönemde çalışmalarında, zorunlu göçmenleri yalnızca sorunlu ya da patolojik bireyler olarak görmek yerine güçlü yönlerini vurgulamanın önemli olduğunu savunan onların sorunlarına odaklanan yaklaşımlara karşı eleştiriler ortaya çıkmıştır. Dayanıklılık (resilience), mültecilerin hem sağlığı de sosyo-kültürel uyumu açısından bir rol oynamaktadır. Ancak literatürde bu konuda zengin veritabanı olmadığı gözlemlenmektedir. Bu eleştirilere dayanarak dayanıklılığını ekolojik yaklaşımla ele alan çalışmada, dayanıklılığın boyutuna Resilience Research Centre (RRC-ARM) tarafından hazırlanan Yetişkin Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Türkiye'nin Mardin il sınırları içinde yaşayan 323 Suriyeli geçici koruma statüsü sahibi yetişkinlerle yüz yüze anket yapılmıştır. Görüşmeler sırasında tercüman hazır bulunmuştur. Anket aracılığıyla katılımcıların sosyodemografik bilgileri dayanıklılık düzeyleri belirlenmiş değişkenler arasındaki ilişki t-testi ANOVA kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, eğitim düzeyi işsizlik durumunun üzerinde etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Potansiyel, acil gelecekteki sorunları aşmak için kaynak olan meslek (iş) fırsatlarıyla ilişkilendirilebileceği değerlendirilmiştir.

Abstract Background Healthcare access and equity are human rights. Worldwide conflicts, violence, persecution have increased the number of people from refugee or refugee-like backgrounds. Abstract Purpose of Review Acknowledging health in all policies, this scoping review aims to describe and compare i) structural social supports offered by countries participating the United Nations refugee agency resettlement program ii) refugees’ service providers’ experiences with these supports. Recent Findings Structural 10 resettling largest number refugees 2021 (United States [US], Canada, 8 European nations) were summarized, using official national documentation. A published literature (1995–2022) sourced from four databases was conducted capture met unmet needs providers related during first year resettlement. Purpose: Although talent management is widely applied across various business sectors, the comprehensive literature focusing on within context of migration flows remains limited. This paper addresses this gap by conducting an extensive review studies published between 2018 and 2023, with particular attention given to absence frameworks tailored refugees. By synthesizing existing literature, study aims highlight areas where practices can be developed better address unique challenges faced migrant populations. Methodology: research utilizes PRISMA methodology VOSviewer for bibliometric analysis. A total 62 were included, providing insights into role different contexts. The aim of this study is to compare mental wellbeing and levels post-trauma distress between Syrian refugees who live inside camps those outside in Jordan through a survey-based cross-sectional design, where data were collected from 240 adult Jordan. Arabic versions the Mental Health Continuum Short Form (MHC-SF), Impact Event Scale-Revised (IES-R) used quantitatively measure variables descriptive statistics multiple comparative analysis tests. Despite having no significant correlation with residence, findings MHC-SF showed significance for employment status income. Whereas IES-R that camp fared significantly better terms trauma effect than urban refugees. It can be concluded living disadvantaged but slightly less affected by war comparison areas.
