Abstract
Background
Healthcare
access
and
equity
are
human
rights.
Worldwide
conflicts,
violence,
persecution
have
increased
the
number
of
people
from
refugee
or
refugee-like
backgrounds.
Because
urban
areas
already
densely
populated,
governments
aimed
to
increase
resettlement
in
rural
and/or
regional
areas.
complex
healthcare
needs
refugees,

creates
challenges
for
service
providers.
Identifying
barriers
accessing

policy
settings

Methods

review

countries

Purpose:
Although
