Chalcone synthase (CHS), the first key structural enzyme in flavonoid biosynthesis pathway, plays a crucial role regulating plant responses to abiotic stresses and hormone signaling. However, its molecular functions remain largely unknown Phyllostachys edulis, which is one of most economically ecologically important bamboo species widely distributed China. This study identified 17 CHS genes edulis classified them into seven subgroups, showing closer evolutionary relationship from rice. Further analysis PeCHS across nine scaffolds revealed that expansion occurred through tandem duplications. Collinearity indicated strong conservation among genes. Abstract Background Three Amino acid Loop Extension (TALE) belongs to the homeobox group of genes that are important constituents plant systems. The TALE gene family is instrumental not only in growth and development but also plays an essential role regulating response environmental adversaries. Results In present study, we isolated 21 CsTALE from cucumber ( Cucumis sativus L.) genome database. Bioinformatics tools were put place understand structural functional components family. evolutionary analysis dissected them into seven subclades (KNOX-I, KNOX-II, BELL-I BELL-V). c - acting elements promoter region disclosed they key regulators hormonal stress-related processes. Additionally, STRING database advocated concerting proteins with other transcription factors potent developmental biology. CsmiR319 CsmiR167a-3p targeting CsTALE15 CsTALE16 , respectively, further assert importance posttranscriptional-related Tissue-specific expression unfolded fundamental involvement as expressed throughout stages. Under waterlogging stress, CsTALE17 significantly higher values WL, WL-NAA, WL-ETH WL-MeJA-treated samples. Conclusions study reveals evolution functions cucumber. Our work will provide a platform help future researchers address issue stress Yangtze River Delta.

Abstract Common beans hold significant importance in sustainable agriculture and their critical role human nutrition cannot be overstated. Factors such as climate change underscore the necessity for expanding genetic diversity delineating attributes of local bean cultivars. Among various abiotic stressors, drought emerges a formidable constraint limiting cultivation. While diverse set strategies are employed to mitigate impacts stress, ultimate enduring solution lies development drought-resistant cultivars, it can stated that same situation is valid salinity stress. Flavonoid biosynthesis very important plant growth flavonoids known involved many pathways including stress response. This study aimed comprehensively identify characterize CHS gene family within different cultivars exposed salt utilizing genome-wide analysis, assessing expression levels. Employing spectrum silico methodologies, 14 genes were identified common genome. These exhibited molecular weights ranging from 37.38 43.34 kDa consisted 341–393 amino acid residues. Remarkably, all Pvul-CHS shared structure comprising two exons. Phylogenetic analyses conducted across Phaseolus vulgaris , Arabidopsis thaliana Glycine max revealed could classified into three primary clusters. The profiles unveiled varied tissue-specific expressions pivotal roles responding stresses. Furthermore, we assessments chromosomal positions members beans, orthologous associations with related genomes, cis -acting element analyses. outcomes this potential significantly contribute breeding endowed enhanced resilience against conditions.

Chalcone synthase (CHS) is the pivotal enzyme that catalyzes first committed step of phenylpropanoid pathway leading to flavonoids. Herein, we identified twenty-seven OsCHS genes from rice genome database. The bioinformatics analysis, including conserved motif, domain, interactive proteins, gene ontology (GO), target micro RNAs (miRNA) prediction, and physiochemical properties, highlight key aspects in Oryza sativa L. proteins' phylogeny was further clustered into 4 sub-groups (Group I- Group IV) based on structural similarities functional diversities. GO analysis proteins showed they are highly stress-responsive (biotic/abiotic) involved various growth developmental processes. microarray expression transcription twelve tissues, differential pattern revealed their possible involvement against salinity drought. higher OsCHS15 OsWRKY65-OE line indicates its potential hormonal-mediated stress response. predicted miRNA includes miR2260, miR167, miR11337, miR2232families engagement posttranslational regulation stress-responsive. Owing above-mentioned outcomes, speculate O. play an essential role not only development but also fine-tuning immune responses environmental stresses provide major indications for studies.

The plant-specific YABBY transcription factor family plays several activities, including responding to abiotic stress, establishing dorsoventral polarity, and developing lateral organs. Cucumis sativus L. commonly referred as cucumber one of the first vegetable crops with a fully sequenced genome. In this work, we examined application NAA, CPPU, GA4 + 7 inflict parthenocarpy in ZK line. expression pattern genes throughout fruit development performed genomic census (Cucumis L.). Based on peptide classification, discovered eight CsYABBY divided them into five subfamilies. Similarities motif composition exon-intron structure were also observed. cis-elements gene ontology (GO) analysis revealed involvement vegetative growth transition reproductive phase. differential response 7. particular, CsYABBY1 was induced sharply by NAA CPPU but not transient CsCRC disclosed that it is localized nucleus. These findings point possibility may positively affect could be utilized generate parthenocarpic fruits.
