Metal nanoparticles (NPs) have garnered considerable attention, due to their unique physicochemical properties, that render them promising candidates for various applications in medicine and industry. This article offers a comprehensive overview of the most recent advancements manufacturing, characterization, biomedical utilization metal NPs, with primary focus on silver gold NPs. Their potential as effective anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial agents, drug delivery systems, imaging agents diagnosis treatment variety disorders is reviewed. Moreover, translation therapeutic settings, issue inclusion clinical trials, are assessed light over 30 investigations concentrate administering either or NPs conditions ranging from nosocomial infections different types cancers. paper aims not only examine biocompatibility nanomaterials but also emphasize challenges may limit safe integration into healthcare practices. More than 100 nanomedicines currently market, which justifies ongoing study use medicine. Overall, present review highlight innovative therapeutics field biomedicine, citing some relevant current applications.

Abstract Increasing concern about environmental pollution attracts researchers to develop eco-friendly, low-cost, and sustainable approaches for green biosynthesis of nanoparticles overcome pollutants. This study focuses on the synthesis ceria NPs using Spirulina platensis extract as a stabilizing reducing agent. Characterization measurements, such optical properties, X-ray diffraction, SEM, TEM, FT-IR spectroscopy, confirmed successful crystalline stable with well-defined morphological features. The calculated bandgaps energy pure ceria, CeO 2 @Sp 2:1, 1:1 were 3.3, 3.15, 2.94 eV, respectively. as-synthesized showed an excellent degradation efficacy MB dye under UV irradiation. Furthermore, high photodegradation efficiency (R% = 86.2 88.8%) than 76.4%) at certain specific conditions (pH 11, contact time 90 min, catalyst dose 0.3 g/L initial concentration 100 mg/L). isothermal constants that is well-fitted Freundlich isotherm model (R > 0.99) better Langmuir < 0.8). kinetics models revealed rapid rate dye, which follows pseudo-second-order C e values ranging from 83.33 89.29 mg/g, R 0.99. These results indicated potential applicability promising avenue developing advanced wastewater treatment applications.
