Due to the novelty of concept language teacher immunity, conceptualised as a robust armouring system that helps teachers cope with threats their well-being, scant multi-cultural research has been dedicated investigation its correlates. The present study seeks explore interplay psychological and work engagement among 1135 English foreign (EFL)teachers from four Asian countries. data were collected through three questionnaires. results structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis indicated EFL teachers' well-being positively influenced immunity. Purpose: This study assessed the psychological distress, life satisfaction, and perceived stress of Ecuadorian teachers who adopted online learning in response to COVID-19 pandemic. It also aimed qualitatively report coping strategies used maintain their mental health well-being. Methods: A web-based cross-sectional survey was conducted from June mid-August 2020. Results: In total, 394 completed questionnaire, those, 320 an optional open-ended question included survey. Only a few studies have been conducted on job stress and transformational leadership (TL), particularly in the environment of COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to overcome this gap attempts explore impact pandemic (PJS) TL employees' innovative work behavior (IWB) through knowledge sharing (KNS), while focusing importance innovations for organizational survival growth. ABSTRACT As artificial intelligence (AI) has been integrated into foreign language (FL) education, learners' well‐being is influenced by various factors, including technological, personal and contextual elements. However, few studies explored how external internal factors jointly shape FL in the era of generative AI. To fill this gap, study explores effects AI acceptance, perceived teachers' enthusiasm self‐efficacy on investigating 613 university learners English as a (EFL). The structural equation modelling results reveal that (1) acceptance positively predicts EFL self‐efficacy; (2) does not predict (3) for receptive skills mediates relationship between acceptance/perceived well‐being, whereas productive play mediation role. Abstract With the rise of positive psychology (PP) in 1954 and its flowering last decade 20th century, focus psychological educational studies has shifted from examining negative health‐related outcomes to their counterparts. In line with this new research agenda, several L2 researchers have studied different predictors among language teachers. Few studies, however, been dedicated teachers' well‐being potential predictors. To bridge lacuna, current tried evaluate role emotion regulation resilience predicting Chinese EFL well‐being. This also strived find out whether perceived self‐efficacy could mediate interaction between well‐being, resilience. Although boredom has been the subject of increasing scrutiny in second language (L2) learning recently, very little is known about how this emotion can affect teachers and students involved Covid-19 prompted online English education. To address gap, through maximum variation sampling, qualitative study surveyed opinions 34 256 from universities across Iran to find out which class mode (online versus physical classes) course type (content-based skills-based courses) were more boring, what – if any coping strategies these individuals used get over boredom. The majority deemed classes boring than traditional, in-person classes. While regarded content-based courses as equally most believed that boredom-inducing due their lecture-type nature.
