Many studies have investigated how organizational support systems, remote work adaptation, and control over scheduling reduced psychological burnout occupational stress, thus improving employee wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic. This systematic literature review has analyzed significant published peer-reviewed evidence concerning employees lacking constant outbreak experienced escalated job demands, professional strain, low satisfaction performance, increased burnout. Throughout February 2023, a quantitative covering scholarly databases such as Web of Science, Scopus, ProQuest was performed, with following search terms: “COVID-19” + “remote burnout,” “professional stress,” “employee emotional exhaustion.” By inspecting research between 2020 2022, total 311 articles satisfied eligibility criteria. Excluding sources in PRISMA terms, 44 empirical were finally selected. We designed a bibliometric review combined with systematic of relevant research on student perceptions online education, which was conducted from March 2020 until September 2022 (focused emergency remote teaching). By exploring the Scopus and Web Science (WoS) databases, we selected 154 articles addressing mostly positive/negative as well neutral perceptions. The methodology followed Khan five-step approach included PRISMA flowchart integrating keywords for selecting quantitative data analysis. Evidence brought forward identifying advantages education based efficiency-related factors, contributing to supportive attitudes learners (digital technology application, self-directed learning flexibility). Our analysis revealed that pursued field is still insufficiently explored. This paper outlines a systematic review and meta-analyses to identify, describe, evaluate randomised non-randomised controlled trials of psychological programs targeting the mental health, professional burnout, and/or wellbeing school classroom teachers. Eighty-eight unique studies were identified for inclusion in review, those 46 included (23 trials). In trials, examined had large effects on stress (g=0.93), moderate anxiety (g=0.65), depression (g=0.51), burnout (g=0.57), (g=0.56) at post. (g=0.50), small (g=0.38) Studies heterogeneous design methodological quality was generally poor, particularly trials. There an inadequate number comparisons perform sub-group analyses, meta-regression, or publication bias analyses. Most required significant time, effort, resources deliver complete. These may not translate well outside research real-world contexts due teachers being time-poor. Priorities include using methodologically rigorous designs, developing with (i.e. co-design), considering implementation factors ensure feasibility, acceptability, uptake.
