Abstract The development of artificial intelligence-enabled medical health care has created both opportunities and challenges for next-generation biosensor technology. Proteins are extensively used as biological macromolecular markers in disease diagnosis the analysis therapeutic effects. Electrochemical protein biosensors have achieved desirable specificity by using specific antibody–antigen binding principle immunology. However, active centers biomarkers surrounded a peptide matrix, which hinders charge transfer results insufficient sensor sensitivity. Therefore, electrode-modified materials transducer devices been designed to increase sensitivity improve practical application prospects electrochemical sensors. In this review, we summarize recent reports biomarker detection. We highlight latest research on detection cancer, viral infectious diseases, inflammation, other diseases. corresponding sensitive materials, structures, principles associated with such also addressed generally. Finally, present an outlook use marker next few years.

ABSTRACT Cancer is a result of uncontrolled cell growth with the potential to damage or spread another part body. It deadliest disease in world; therefore, rapid and sensitive detection essential fight it. In past few decades, many diagnosis tools have been developed detect cancer monitor therapy progress. Among them, electrochemical biosensor showed promising significance due its capability early detection, selectivity, sensitivity, flexibility, portability cost‐effectiveness. Aim: Encapsulating epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) in pH-sensitive polymeric nanoparticles for targeted delivery of drugs could revolutionize colorectal cancer treatment. Materials & methods: Nanoparticles were synthesized to release at colon pH. Dynamic light scattering measured their average diameter and ζ-potential, while differential scanning calorimetry x-ray diffraction assessed EGCG encapsulation. Results: The showed stability bioavailability the gastrointestinal tract, efficiently encapsulating releasing over 93% pH 7.2. They enhanced cytotoxicity against HT-29 cells demonstrated antibacterial properties, increasing apoptosis cell cycle arrest. Conclusion: study underscores potential enhancing therapy, aiming minimize side effects improve therapeutic outcomes.
