ABSTRACT Monomer compounds from natural products are the major source of active pharmaceutical molecules, which provide great opportunities for discovering new drugs. However, contain a large number rather complex compounds. It is difficult to obtain high‐purity monomer products. Herein, we developed molecularly imprinted macroporous adsorption resins (MIRs‐PDA) selective target The response surface methodology was employed optimize fabrication parameters. separation performance MIRs‐PDA representative compound rutin thoroughly studied. The paper describes the development and application of a screen-printed electrode cell with graphite-ink working modified by molecularly imprinted electropolymerized polypyrrole for voltammetric determination herbicide 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetic acid (MCPA). method exploits direct measurement analyte applying differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) technique, taking advantage irreversible oxidation peak at about +1.0 V vs. Ag/AgCl pseudo reference electrode. presence enhances sensor's selectivity sensitivity. A chemometric approach has been crucial quantitative analysis because peak's broad not well-defined shape. Firstly, proper pretreatment signals is identified, proving most effective first-derivative function transformation signal. Partial Least Square regression (PLS) tool applied MCPA quantification. preliminary PLS model developed validated in dihydrogen phosphate solution pH 5.5, aiming to optimize data treatment approach. Then, same used develop analyzing tap water samples fortified other pesticides as possible interferents simulate contaminated natural waters. correctly predicted concentration range 2.5-75 μM, assuring reliability robustness sensor quantification wastewater samples.

Detection of florfenicol (FF) residues in animal-derived foods, as one the most widely used antibiotics, is critically important to food safety. The fluorescent molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was synthesized by surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization technique with poly(glycidyl methacrylate-co-ethylene glycol dimethacrylate) microspheres, 4-vinylpyridine, ethylene dimethacrylate, and FF matrix, functional monomer, crosslinker, template molecule, respectively.
