This study investigates the relationships between decent work, job satisfaction, workplace social courage, and intent to quit among career counselors in Turkiye’s IT sector employment agency. The research data was obtained from 408 at an agency Turkiye. Partial least squares-based structural equation modeling used test hypothesized relationships. findings reveal a significant positive influence of work on satisfaction. In contrast, satisfaction is associated with notable decrease likelihood employees intending their positions. Additionally, courage crucial reducing quit. Furthermore, our underscores mediating roles explaining relationship Intriguingly, it noteworthy that higher levels are unexpectedly linked increased intention Conversely, heightened augmentation courage. These carry substantial theoretical practical implications, offering valuable insights into intricate dynamics within context. can contribute avoiding minimizing turnover rates. The current is at or near its lowest levels 50 years. identify explore range hypotheses that might explain these historical patterns including economic sociopolitical factors, education policies, school environments.
