Abstract The use of electronic currency for transactions, denoting a cashless paradigm, has become increasingly common. However, this financial innovation is not prevalent in all countries. This study aims to explain the discrepancies across countries, including individual and country factors. It may be superficially posited that lag development stems from or microlevel usage challenges. application Technology Acceptance Model highlights presence overarching characteristics conducive extensive adoption. Thus, an additional stratum, multilevel perspective, needs examined. analytical framework incorporates only attributes but also sociotechnical meso-level factors which they operate. A econometric model used. results these analyses show impact on adoption payments extends beyond (attitude technology use, perceived usefulness, ease use). Purpose This study aims to explore the current development status, spatiotemporal evolution, and spatial effects of niche fitness in China’s regional digital innovation ecosystems (DIEs), providing guidance for coordinated innovation. Design/methodology/approach Utilizing ecological theory, this develops an evaluation system DIEs fitness, calculates evolutionary momentum across 31 provinces (including municipalities autonomous regions, excluding Hong Kong, Macau Taiwan) China from 2014 2022 analyzes their characteristics. And a dynamic Durbin model is employed assess effects. Findings The findings reveal that 2022, exhibited overall upward trend, particularly eastern regions. Advancements in technology within education have resulted an expanded incorporation of digital tools and interactive learning methodologies. Within the realm Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET), there is a growing emphasis on cultivation practical skills employability response to industry needs. This paper analyses contribution e-learning Problem-Based Learning (PBL) fostering development soft skills, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, among TVET students. E-learning gives flexibility accessibility for self-directed learning, but PBL delivers experience real-world problem-solving via collaborative teamwork. research used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) examine correlation between implementation enhancing students' skills. The findings indicate that use problem-based methodologies markedly enhances abilities All examined factors demonstrated significance, as shown by P-values less than 0.05. impact cooperation yielded Pvalue 0.03, indicating significant correlation. This paper investigates internet non-use in the UK. We apply Resource and Appropriation Theory (RAT), identifying main factors associated with UK: (1) older age, (2) lower socio-economic classification, (3) disability, (4) less education/qualifications, (5) housing tenure. extend RAT by exploring magnifying effects of disadvantages, particularly, moderating gender, tenure, urban/rural, North/South divide, ethnicity. Research background: Robo-advisory is a modern and rapidly developing area of implementing artificial intelligence to support customer decision-making.
