ABSTRACT
The
contemporary
world
is
witnessing
the
pervasive
diffusion
of
artificial
intelligence
(AI)
across
diverse
societal
domains.
Concurrently,
implementation
these
technologies
in
numerous
management
areas
raises
novel
and
critical
ethical
considerations.
Considering
that
AI
not
a
neutral
technology,
this
study
employs
bibliometric
approach
to
conduct
systematic
literature
review,
aiming
understand
evolution
nascent
field
within
studies.
Our
analysis
limited
publications
from
2016
onward,
year
widely
recognized
as
marking
onset
significant
dissemination.
By
examining
recent
years
phenomenon,
our
work
reveals
fragmented
field.
To
investigate
thematic
evolution,
we
used
Cobo
method,
partitioning
corpus
into
three
distinct
time
slices
with
cut‐off
points
at
2020
2022.
findings
indicate
that,
despite
emergence
key
themes
substantial
body
research
exploring
both
technical
philosophical
standpoints,
remains
its
initial
stages
development.
This
underscores
increasing
relevance
science
concerning
responsible
application
technologies.
Consequently,
area
presents
considerable
opportunities
for
future
employing
managerial
theoretical
frameworks,
particularly
relation
antecedents
adoption
implications
leadership.

ABSTRACTThis
study
examines
how
employees'
perceived
AI-supported
autonomy
influences
their
innovative
performance
in
hospitality.
Drawing
on
self-determination
theory,
we
proposed

examined
a
moderated
mediation
model,
positing
work
exploration
as
mediator

Purpose
Aiming

resolve
cross-cultural
paradoxes

combining
artificial
intelligence

human
(HI)
for
international
humanitarian
logistics,

dialectic
