With the rapid advancement of information and communication technologies, smart tourism has become a crucial means for improving quality services enhancing economic efficiency in sector. This work proposes an analysis method based on artificial neural network to predict tourist behavior patterns through big data analysis, thereby optimizing allocation resources. The begins by collecting various types, including basic visitor information, consumption records, satisfaction evaluations, from well-known destination as research samples. By carefully configuring parameters such learning rate, batch size, optimizers, develops efficient model. Experimental validation using real-world demonstrates that model excels across several performance metrics, accuracy, recall, precision, F1 score, shows significant advantages over traditional statistical methods. In addition, survey results show users are highly satisfied with personalized service recommendations, resource optimization, overall user experience, 75% expressing satisfaction. not only makes academic contribution field but also potential experience.
