The
hospitality

model
has
undergone
profound
changes
influenced
by
successive
waves
of
technological
advances
and
platforms.
This
paper
explores
how
different
technologies
platforms
are
shaping
the
evolution
model.
Employing
a
systematic
literature
review,
this
research
analyzes
platform
innovation
driven
significant
shifts
in
industry.
analysis
yielded
four
key
findings.
Firstly,
incorporation
digital
resulted
radical
transformation
conventional
models,
prompting
substantial
alterations
marketing
strategies,
distribution
processes,
consumer
behavior
patterns.
Secondly,

revolutions,
evolving
from
steam-powered
transportation
to
integration
artificial

towards

challenge
traditional
models
introducing
personalized
experiences
disrupting

present
challenges,
including

competition

Purpose
Digitalization
in
hospitality
and
tourism
(DHT)
is
undergoing
a
profound
revolution,

overlooked.
This
paper
aims
to
delve
into

DHT
