Urban-rural development is an important driving force for regional economic growth. The existing researches have studied this issue from various perspectives, but they ignore the impact of big data on economy. In post pandemic era, data, as emerging production factor, has a significant indicative effect in promoting urban-rural recovery and fostering new business forms. Therefore, fully considering factor can help reveal its mechanism growth post-epidemic period. Based 30 provinces cities China, paper introduced basis traditional models constructed multi-dimensional indicator system. At same time, panel regression model was established by using unit root test, Hausman test precision test. Through benchmark heterogeneity analysis, factors discussed. results showed that passed all tests, error stable below 5 %. This research investigates the influence of 'Broadband China' pilot (BroadbandCP) policies on green economic efficiency (GEE) in Chinese urban areas, utilizing data from 2006 to 2021. The health status of low-income rural residents is intricately linked to social equity and justice the realization goal common prosperity. Based on CFPS data from 2010 2020 list “Broadband China” demonstration cities, this paper employs a multi-period Difference-in-Differences (DID) approach empirically analyze impact digital infrastructure construction its mechanism. results indicate that: (1) Digital had significant positive residents. After adjusting sample period, changing policy implementation time point, excluding other interference, Propensity Score Matching-Difference-in-Differences (PSM-DID), model was still robust. (2) mechanism test found that would improves through three mechanisms: adoption new agricultural technology, land transfer, leisure time. (3) In terms heterogeneity analysis, based region type, education level, marital public supporting system, can enhance in western region, those with low married people more system. This study suggests continued promotion infrastructure, focus level regions, narrow “digital divide” between different groups, improve facilities backward areas, so as further groups.

Regional integration policies play a crucial role in promoting coordinated regional development. However, it remains unclear whether the polices simultaneously take into account urban–rural to achieve dynamic balance between efficiency and equity. Based on socioeconomic data from 250 cities China 2003 2019, we used staggered difference-in-difference method investigate impact of strategy for integrated development Yangtze River Delta (YD development) Our results indicate that YD effectively promotes this conclusion holds after conducting various robustness tests heterogeneity analyses.
