The COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent increased use of digital tools can be seen as an incentive for small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to adapt age. SMEs, whose resilience adaptability had already been tested during previous period global financial crisis, were called upon face a new emergency. aim this paper is twofold: (i) investigate evolution transformation in medium (ii) highlight main research trends post-pandemic era. To approach these issues, bibliometric analysis based on R package was conducted examined 765 articles that published timespan 2014–2022. This paper aims to examine the adoption of electronic-invoicing (e-invoicing) technology using a Technological-Organisational-Environmental (TOE) framework, especially toward managing business information system transformation in emerging economies. A Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used for construct measurement, and logistic regression model testing. Abstract This study investigates the enhancement of technological and strategic enablers for carbon‐neutral businesses (CNB) through artificial intelligence (AI)‐driven business model innovation (AIDBMI). Drawing upon insights gained from literature review, employs structural equation modeling (partial least squares [PLS‐SEM]) as methodology to examine relationships between AIDBMI, enablers, attainment carbon neutrality. The sample size consists 326 small‐ medium‐sized enterprises (SMEs) in United States America. findings this affirm significant positive AIDBMI both CNB. utilization AI technologies proves be instrumental fostering development implementation innovative models that integrate sustainability practices address environmental challenges. By leveraging SMEs can harness advancements adopt energy‐efficient processes, embrace renewable energy solutions, implement effective reduction strategies. Purpose To fill a research gap in the current literature, using resource dependence theory, this study aims to investigate role of organizational structures and decision-making processes mediating relationship between digital technology service delivery public organizations Ghana. Design/methodology/approach The used quantitative technique with use partial least squares structural equation modelling, analysing data from stratified random sample 450 respondents diverse organizations. Findings findings show that technologies have major impact on decision-making, resulting improved delivery. With the rise of remote and hybrid work after COVID-19, there is growing interest in understanding workers' experiences designing digital technology for future within field HCI. To gain a holistic how workers navigate blurred boundary between home designers can better support their work, we employ humanistic geography as lens.
