Purpose This research explores human factors practices in the context of Industry 4.0, 5.0 and multigenerational workforce, promoting evolution Human Capital 4.0. With emergence generations Y Z, organizations are more volatile, heightening risk tacit knowledge loss. Conditions conducive to retaining employees must be created, particularly by prioritizing engagement initiatives. Design/methodology/approach Addressing these imperatives required adoption a comprehensive mixed-methods methodology, which integrated systematic literature review, qualitative thematic analysis 30 interviews conducted with from three multinational quantitative statistical questionnaire gathering 560 responses. Findings The study identifies essential for enhancing employee well-being, considering blue white collars, using PERMA model. It recommends adopting corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives flexible work arrangements improve positive emotion. Engagement is strengthened aligning roles strengths, offering ongoing learning opportunities incorporating gamification. Strong Relationships fostered through coaching, mentoring participatory decision-making. Meaning supported encouraging protean career attitude integrating CSR activities align personal professional values. Accomplishment achieved lean management principles recognition programs that facilitate goal achievement appreciation. In a sector as dynamic and competitive tourism, human talent management becomes key factor. This study was carried out in tourism companies located Lima, Peru, with the objective of analyzing how resources strategies employed areas such integration, organization, compensation, development, retention auditing impact labor productivity workers. A non-experimental quantitative design descriptive correlational approach used, collecting data through structured surveys applied to employees sector. Background: In Indonesia, mining companies such as PT X, which has an IUJP for mineral exploration drilling, must implement SMKP Minerba. This system, is aligned with government guidelines, includes seven elements Policy, Planning, Organization, Implementation, Evaluation, Documentation, and Review. Research purposes: The objective to analyse the effect of implementing Mineral Coal Mining Safety Management System (SMKP Minerba) on work safety performance Exploration Drilling Company at X. methods: study used a descriptive quantitative method case approach, Minerba documents, including Performance records. Descriptive statistics, simple linear regression, Pearson Correlation assessed variable impacts relationships. From 144 engineers, Slovin formula required minimum sample 98. result: reported that Internal Audit achieved score 84.1%. was evaluated across four key indicators. Worker Participation, Leadership Responsibility, Incident Analysis Statistics, Occupational Diseases Incidents, Risk Control Efforts, yielding overall 0.78 out 1, placing it in "Planned" category. correlation analysis indicated positive association between Position, Tenure, Scores Performance. ANOVA demonstrated significant impact Position Tenure Conclusion: found employees holding higher positions, possessing longer tenure, achieving audit scores exhibited superior performance. application positively influences operations contributing sustainable enhancement practices Indonesia.
