As most focused on economically advanced economies such as OECD countries, evidence for less developed has been sparse. We use a composite index from balanced panel 40 Sub-Saharan African (SSA) economies, using data 2006 to 2021, assess effect aggregate SSA economies. employ generalized least squares (GLS) system methods moments (GMM) capture effects levels agriculture, manufacturing, service sectors. Our results show weak association between overall productivity. However, when sectors are analyzed separately, agriculture manufacturing sectors, whereas we paradox sector, with even negative
