The development of novel detection technology for meat species authenticity is imperative. Here, we developed a machine learning-supported, dual-channel biosensor-in-microdroplet platform named CC-drop (CRISPR/Cas12a digital single-molecule microdroplet biosensor). Abstract In present study, the effects of orange peel essential oil and ultrasonic treatment on properties corn starch based edible coating films including their shelf life citrus (Kinnow) fruits are investigated. The approach significantly improves quality characteristics formulations, stability, rheological behaviour materials by reducing particle size, antimicrobial activity. size reduces from 2495 nm (control) to 298.8 ultrasonication with improved stability (−39.251 mV) as well tensile strength (720 N) solubility (32.40%) CSEOU film also compared CSEO CS films. formulation enriched (CSEOU) shelf‐life Kinnow retarding weight loss (PLW) microbial load, maintaining higher acidity (TA), total soluble solids (TSS), antioxidant treated samples indicate lowest (24.57%), pH (3.89) TA (3.999%), firmness (494.229 N), phenolic (26.17 mg 100 g −1 ), flavonoid (34.11 (49.04%), activity against A. niger , E. coli S. aureus other samples.

The presence of trace elements such as lithium (Li) in water resources the long term can endanger consumers' health.
