Less research has been conducted on the association between camellia oil’s (CO) phenolic composition and antioxidant capability. In this study, profile of CO its connection to capacity were examined utilizing a combination widely-targeted metabolomics multivariate statistical analysis. A total 751 phenolics discovered. Over the past decade, Raman spectroscopy and chemometrics have been extensively utilized in food industry for research development of new products but failed to establish a strong foothold quality control assessment items. To bridge this gap, we introduce novel application capable swiftly identifying free fatty acids (FFAs) cooking oil quantifying adulteration. Camellia meiocarpa Hu, a member of Youcha species in the genus Camellia, is an important woody edible plant with high ecological and economic value. The haplotype-resolved genome assembly this tetraploid can shed light on genomic evolution functional divergence among subgenomes haplotypes. In study, we achieved first chromosome-level using PacBio HiFi, Hi-C, Illumina sequencing. scaffolds, N50 44.46 Mb 41.40 Mb, were mapped to 60 chromosomes four distinct haplotypes, each unique transposon features. haplotypes varied length (2967.25 3041.66 Mb) contained 51,336 52,631 protein-coding genes, 99.4% which annotated. Camellia oleifera Abel. is an important woody oilseed tree to help increase the self-sufficiency rate. In this study, lipid extraction focuses more on solvent of seed oil (CO) cakes rather than conventional cold pressing, where performance candidate alternative green solvents selected from hurdle technology was first evaluated. Compared n-hexane (89.50 ± 0.00 %) and subcritical n-butane (83.75 0.43 %), 2-methyloxolane (2-MeOx) performed best with comprehensive consideration ratio (94.79 composition environmental impact (0.38 0.07 kg CO2 emission). Intriguingly, 2-MeOx exhibited highest diffusion rate at both 25 °C 55 in kinetic which could also extract total phenolic contents (351.6 0.02 mg GAE/kg dw) corresponding its oxidative stability. The effects of pretreatment technology (microwave roasting, MR; oven OR) and processing (hydraulic pressing, HP; aqueous enzymatic extraction, AEE) on the walnut oil quality functional properties proteins in defatted powder were systematically compared. results showed that increased yield HP was method giving higher 69.72%.
