Although there have been several studies on reconsumption intention, no specific investigate how perceived value can increase intention in herbal medicine consumers. This study investigated the effect of among Indonesian consumers through trust and customer engagement. It involved 425 Indonesia with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis employed covariance-based structural equation modeling (CB-SEM). The findings suggested that does not significant direct yet it is mediated by Meanwhile, play mediating role relationship between reconsumtion intention. Therefore, provides new insight into consumer enhance engagement trust, which serve as an input for practitioners to implement appropriate marketing strategies.

Background: 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) is a common chemotherapeutic medication used to treat cancer. However, the intestinal tract may sustain oxidative damage as result. Objectives: The purpose of this study was clarify underlying molecular mechanisms and examine preventive benefits cereal-based fermented drinks (CFBs) against injury in mice caused by 5-FU. Methods: were injected intraperitoneally with 5-FU induce mucosal treated CFB. factors for barrier integrity, stress inflammation measured. Results: findings demonstrated that CFBs had high levels polyphenol, flavonoids, peptides vitro free radical scavenging capacity. Furthermore, effectively ameliorated 5-FU-induced epithelium damage, characterized increasing tight junctions reducing apoptosis cells. These protective effects attribute increased activity antioxidant-related enzymes (SOD, CAT, GSH) well decreased amounts inflammatory markers (IL-1β, TNF-α, MDA) tract. Conclusions: Overall, these results show can mitigate stress, suggesting potential utility therapeutic treatment mucositis.

El objetivo de la investigación fue evaluar variación en los parámetros color, representados por valores L*, a* y b* escala CIELAB, diferentes etapas maduración Solanum quitoense su relación con actividad antioxidante. Se analizaron 14 muestras naranjilla distintos estados maduración. La antioxidante se midió mediante el ensayo FRAP evaluó influencia estadística color sobre un análisis varianza. Además, utilizó metodología superficie respuesta para identificar óptimos que maximizaron Los resultados mostraron diferencias estadísticas significativas (p<0,05) b*. Las condiciones óptimas identificadas maximizar fueron L* = 66,38, 34,36 21,11, logrando una 31,12 mg Eq. Trolox/100 g. Estos hallazgos destacan importancia del como indicador calidad ofrecen valiosa información mejorar comercialización procesamiento.
