Access to food products is becoming more and complex due population growth, climate change, political economic instability, disruptions in the global value chain, as well changes consumption dynamics insecurity. Therefore, agri-food chains face increasingly greater challenges responding these dynamics, where digitalization of systems has become an innovative alternative. However, efforts adopt use technologies fourth industrial revolution (precision agriculture, smart Industrial Internet Things, Food, among others) are still a challenge improve efficiency links production (cultivation), processing (food production), final consumption, from perspective implementation Food Informatics that traceability, authenticity, consumer confidence, reduce fraud. Abstract The exceptional electrical properties of graphene with high sensitivity to external stimuli make it an ideal candidate for advanced sensing technologies. Inkjet printing (iGr) can provide a versatile platform multifunctional sensor manufacturing. Here the enabled by combining design freedom inkjet unique networks is reported on. A fully printed multimaterial device consists two layers iGr stripes separated dielectric polymeric layer tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA). In these devices, bottom layer, capped TPGDA, provides temperature sensing, top uncapped sensitive atmosphere, while capacitance between applied pressure. fast, sensitive, and reproducible performance sensors are demonstrated in response environmental stimuli, such as pressure, temperature, humidity, magnetic field. devices capable simultaneous multiple factors successfully manufactured on variety substrates, including Si/SiO 2 , flexible Kapton films textiles, demonstrating their potential impact applications compatible silicon technologies well wearable healthcare devices.
