In the post-pandemic context, data-driven design interventions that can endow architectural spaces with mixed-use and open characteristics are adaptable environmentally resilient increasingly important. Ubiquitous semi-public architecture, such as hotel buildings, plays a crucial role in public health emergencies. Many hotels adopt room spatial layouts, integrating diverse daily functions into single tiny space, fostering flexible utilization micro-scale space sharing; however, these also introduce potential risks. This study offers comprehensive evaluation of indoor environmental quality (IEQ) discusses feasible intervention strategies for healthier renovation rehabilitation. Taking Shenzhen case, multi-domain assessment was conducted during COVID-19 quarantine period summer 2022. The examines risks inherent hotel’s guest varying patterns IEQ factors across domains, including volatile organic compound concentrations, physical parameters, heat stress indices. results illustrate change trends chemical, physical, present tested quarantined throughout typical day. Purpose This study aims to propose and test a conceptual model that represents customer perceived ethicality (CPE) website service quality (CPWSQ), in which both are combined investigate the underlying mechanism by hotel (HWQ) influences loyalty (CL). Design/methodology/approach uses quantitative partial least square structural equation modeling analyze data collected from 457 guests. Findings The findings confirm HWQ is positively associated with CL, CPE CPWSQ. Moreover, CPWSQ mediates relationship between CPE-CL CPWSQ-CL. also validated CL. Originality/value contributes ethical consumer behavioral literature demonstrating influence of on Furthermore, it uncovers mechanisms through affects using signaling theory stakeholder theory, prior studies ignored.

This study was conducted with the aim of testing relationships between service quality perceptions, customer loyalty levels, and repurchase intentions customers in health fitness clubs. The sample group for comprised 476 individuals (233 female, 243 male) exercising Participants answered Turkish version “Service Quality Assessment Scale (T-SQAS)”, “Loyalty Sport Services (T-LSSS)” “Repurchase Intention (T-RIS).” For analysis, t-test, MANOVA, ANOVA, Pearson correlation statistical methods were used. most substantial gap participant expectations perception scores concerning observed “program” subscale, while conversely, “locker room” subscale had smallest difference. means “(T-LSSS)” female participants identified as being higher than those male participants. There a positive relationship quality, loyalty, intention. Finally, it evident that members dissatisfied services offered, indicating an inconsistency their actual delivery. Managers clubs should make necessary effort to increase highest level. Positive effects on formation intention, first stage creating loyal customers, will competitive power market.
