This study examines hospitality employees' perceptions of HR policies and practices their impact on organizational commitment before during a crisis. In a sector as dynamic and competitive tourism, human talent management becomes key factor. This study was carried out in tourism companies located Lima, Peru, with the objective of analyzing how resources strategies employed areas such integration, organization, compensation, development, retention auditing impact labor productivity workers. A non-experimental quantitative design descriptive correlational approach used, collecting data through structured surveys applied to employees sector. The showed that has significant on productivity. Audit most highly valued dimension, 74% respondents perceiving it at high level. Abstract The effort to close the gender gaps in employment is one of priorities worldwide help address disparity that exists between men and women terms rights opportunities grow economy a sustainable way. Gender differences in the labour market insertion of tourism graduates DOI

This article studies gender differences in labour mobility, employment type, contract and sectoral mismatch among tourism graduates the first 4 years after graduation. We exploit a longitudinal dataset of seven graduation cohorts to ascertain their market insertion process at beginning careers. estimate Heckman probit regressions for each outcome variable that deal with self-selection into status. Our results show females are less likely move outside region reasons more work part-time temporal contracts. Moreover, exhibit 15 per cent higher probability being horizontally mismatched jobs. Importantly, documented gap remains over time even widens, suggesting faster transition males towards matched jobs better conditions.
