Breaking boundaries: Exploring gendered challenges and advancing equality for Iranian women careers in tourism

gender
differences
in
labour
mobility,
employment
type,
contract

sectoral
mismatch
among
tourism
graduates

years
after
graduation.

graduation
cohorts

their
market
insertion
process
at
beginning
