Accessibility is a fundamental human right and key driver for inclusive tourism, particularly individuals with disabilities, the elderly, others mobility challenges. This study aims to promote Pieria region, Greece, as an “Accessible Tourist Destination” through development of digital platform designed provide detailed information on accessibility routes, public spaces, points interest. The collects displays data region’s infrastructure, including ramps, sidewalks, cultural tourist interest, allowing users plan safe convenient routes. methodology involves comprehensive audits features, are integrated into online platform, enabling personalized suggestions based their needs. This study addresses the persistence of patriarchal structures and reproduction traditional gender roles in rural settings. This study examines the gender dynamics in urban space usage within historic city center of Tebessa, Algeria, exploring how cultural factors and street networks influence gender-specific pedestrian behavior land use patterns. Using a multidisciplinary approach combining syntax techniques, GIS analysis, behavioral data collection, we analyzed relationships between networks, attractors, gender-differentiated flows. Key findings reveal significant differences spatial navigation patterns men women, influenced by norms distribution. Women’s movement is more constrained focused on specific while navigate entire system freely. The also highlights impact “edge effects”, where extramural attractors strongly intramural movement, particularly for women. These often override network influences predicted traditional theories. This study explores the inherent interdependencies between microfinance social enterprises and two groups of women informal farm entrepreneurs tourism in four impoverished rural regions Iran.
