Purpose This study aims to explore the impacts of service industry employees’ AI awareness on their voice behavior while also considering dual mediating roles efficacy and job insecurity, as well moderating role trait competitiveness. Purpose This study, which utilizes the job demands-resources (JD-R) theory, aims to explicate relationship between responsible leadership (RL), green behavior (GB) and mediating role of voice (VB). Design/methodology/approach study used a quantitative research design. The sample consists 260 participants who work in five-star hotels Izmir. data were collected through face-to-face online survey methods. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) AMOS was performed assess measurement model. hypotheses tested with structural equation modeling (SEM). Findings results determined that RL affects GB VB positively significantly. In addition, has significant positive link GB. Purpose The organizational environment can influence how employees experience meaningfulness. This study examines the mediating role of meaningful work between ethical climates and affective well-being employees. We also test for moderating self-regulatory traits in this relationship.
