Ferroptosis
is
an
iron-dependent
programmed
cell
death
that
characterized
by
the
dysregulation
of
lipid
reactive
oxygen
species
(ROS)
production,
causing
abnormal
changes
in
hypochlorous
acid
(HClO)
levels
lysosomes.
Super-resolution
imaging
can
observe
fine
structure
lysosome
at
nanometer
level;
therefore,
it
be
used
to
detect
HClO
during
ferroptosis
suborganelle
level.
Herein,
we
utilize
a
ratiometric
fluorescent
probe,
