Colorimetric analysis for mercury detection has great application potential in the prevention of health damage caused by environment. Sensitivity, selectivity, and portability are core competencies sensors, concentrating these properties a single sensor efficient remains challenge. Herein, hollow structure CuS@CuSe@PVP (CCP) was prepared which enzyme-like activities could be activated Hg2+ due to antagonism between Hg Se, inspiring establishment colorimetric method detection. As performance, linear range (LR) limit (LOD) were 1–900 0.81 nM POD-like activity system, respectively. Also, 5–550 LR 2.34 LOD achieved OD-like system. Further, smartphone-mediated portable RGB nanosensor fabricated, with down 6.65 system 7.97 Moreover, excellent self-calibration satisfactory recovery 94.77%–106.16% shown real water samples analysis. This study represented advanced progress toward emerging applications nanozymes multiple heavy metal will accelerate development sensors.
