The increasing global prevalence of cardiovascular diseases highlights the urgent need for innovative diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. Aptamers, small single-stranded nucleic acid molecules with exceptional specificity affinity target biomolecules, have emerged as promising tools precise diagnostics targeted therapies. Biosensing technology, which aims to measure and control the signals of biological substances, has recently been developed rapidly due increasing concerns about health environment. Top–down technologies have used mainly with a focus on reducing size biomaterials nano-level. However, bottom–up such as self-assembly can provide more opportunities molecular-level arrangements directionality shape biomaterials. In particular, block copolymers (BCPs) their significantly explored an effective means achieve recent advances in fine imaging technology. BCPs widely various biosensing research fields because they artificially highly complex nano-scale structures directionally controlled manner, future application based interactions biomolecules according development synthesis new BCP is greatly anticipated. Here, we comprehensively discuss basic principles current status applications limitations prospects. Rather than discussing specific field depth, this study covers overall content platform, through this, hope increase researchers’ understanding adjacent inspiration, thereby bringing great relevant fields.
