This study analysed the key determinants driving Vietnam's electric two-wheeler (E2W) market and proposes strategies to foster its growth. Using a multifaceted research approach, combining expert interviews comprehensive consumer surveys involving 385 respondents. The adopts relative importance index for data analysis, highlighting paramount significance of reliable charging infrastructure, upfront purchase costs, reduced emissions. Additionally, E2Ws are favoured by sustainable design, modern aesthetics, simplified licensing, incentives that facilitate adoption. Other primary considerations include technological aspects, such as safety, range, battery lifespan, duration. Analysis 15 using NVivo software reveals suitability dense urban roads, economic advantages, environmental priorities. While there's excitement about E2Ws, obstacles like climate impact, financial barriers, infrastructure gaps remain. concludes with recommendations promoting E2W adoption, emphasizing awareness drives, policy clarity, safety protocols, advancements.

Recently, there has been a considerable rise in the popularity and use of electric scooters. Because this, number accidents involving them also risen. Head neck injuries are most common. Problem: The surge in popularity of electric kick scooters (e-scooters) poses new challenges for traffic planning, demanding a comprehensive understanding route choice behavior to see how e-scooters are used, they affect flow, and where improvements can be made the road infrastructure. Therefore, this study aimed analyze choices preferences e-scooter riders cyclists quasi-experimental setup with both user groups having same trip destinations. The United States faces urban issues like congestion and pollution due to heavy car dependency, with over 91% owning cars 87% driving work.
