Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are rates, percentages, or averages that convey information depending on their application field. In the Food Supply Chain (FSC), a comprehensive study is lacking. This paper fills gap through systematic literature review of 125 documents FSC performance measurement. Bibliometric analysis shows growing publication trend, with common keywords being KPIs, supply chain management, performance, and sustainability. Content identifies nine product types, agricultural, dairy, meat products most categories. Similarly, three areas (supply, production, distribution) outlined, production receiving greatest attention. Finally, KPIs classified into economic, environmental, social sustainability categories, to highlight relationships triple bottom line. A framework including for each stage also proposed, together specific different types.

Proactive Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) helps organisations anticipate and mitigate risks, ensuring business continuity resilience in a violet market. Existing research proposes various techniques to quantify risk occurrence, but none account for the causal relationships between contributing events events. This paper addresses this gap through systematic literature review of SCRM outlines future directions enhance proactive by incorporating dependencies quantification.

Nowadays, national governments and international organizations are increasingly interested in the sustainable development of cultural creative industries through integration culture, art, science, education their influence on local economic promotion. However, to best our knowledge, only few studies have proposed a comprehensive framework based multi-criteria decision-making concept for evaluating such industries. The main purpose this paper is determine which criteria important development, how these interact, sustainability performance evaluated subjects can be measured. Four perspectives incorporated into framework, economic, social, environmental, governmental institutional, 17 evaluation criteria. In methodology, neutrosophic trial laboratory (N-DEMATEL) method first used identify influential relationships between Then, modified technique order priority by similarity ideal solution (TOPSIS) calculate Neutrosophic fuzzy logic applied reflect ambiguity expert evaluations, with three parameters truth, falsity, indeterminacy obtain more potential uncertainty information decision support. validity practicality model demonstrated real-world example National Museum Natural Science located Central Taiwan. results show that government involvement, policy promotion marketing, most research findings guide long-term industry adapted other issues. Government agencies use encourage financial support, promotion, partnerships using its resources allocation capabilities.

Abstract The supply chain is vulnerable to disruptions, which can lead operational failure. Therefore, it crucial investigate and monitor the risks associated with such disruptions. Epidemics, including profound impact of COVID‐19, exemplify disruptive that engender complexities throughout value chain. COVID‐19 has caused significant disruptions global due preexisting fragile chains, resulting in unavailability essential raw materials, halts production, imbalances between demand. It forced community rethink their risk mitigation strategies. Despite its significance, there are a few studies on existing options strategies mitigate epidemics as COVID‐19. This special issue explores state‐of‐the‐art knowledge various strategies, presenting optimized models solutions. editorial seeks introduce valuable insights illuminate promising avenues for future research by reviewing studies. comprehensive understanding derived from this accompanying articles will benefit both researchers practitioners, enabling them navigate multifaceted landscape epidemic‐induced adopt suitable Furthermore, lays solid foundation implementing advanced methods managing mitigating pose
