As an important part of urban public infrastructure, green space plays indispensable role in development and physical, mental, emotional health. By collecting open data such as POI, OSM, ASTER GDEM using spatial analysis software ARCGIS, QGIS, Global Mapper, this study conducted thermal crowd activities, service pressure analysis, demand evaluation for the layout park central area Yuxi City. The results show that there are great differences classes activity. Class II occupies largest area, accounting 60.73%, while class V least 2.04%. activity decrease from center city to periphery, their increases with classes. With increase level pressure, proportion decreased, among which grade I was high 53.20%, only 1.89%, mainly affected by location. obviously different, concentrated first level, 69.68% total demand, large is scattered periphery followed fourth 10.46%. other levels, especially less. Community gardens are growing in popularity worldwide, especially densely populated urban areas. They provide semi-public spaces for joint gardening activities and serve as social ecological retreats. The COVID-19 pandemic associated restrictions movement leisure led to a changed demand green spaces, but it remains unclear how affected the overall trend community gardens. We measured interest participate between 2018 2022 based on combination of counted application numbers qualitative responses from garden coordinators. Urban parks, integral to city life, have long contributed the well-being of residents through various ecosystem services. Previous studies consistently highlighted unequal park distribution and access, COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated these disparities. From a spatial justice perspective, this review examines urban parks’ roles during pandemic, impact on equity how evolving usage characteristics inform future management challenges. Analysing 53 peer-reviewed 11 online materials from January 2020 April 2023, reveals significant increase in visitors causing challenges accommodating surge due lockdown measures. The findings underscore physical social dimensions, revealing disparities access COVID-19. Peri-urban forests are complex systems capable of providing amenity and scenic values as well recreational opportunities for citizens. From early 2020, national governments have promulgated restrictions, requiring citizens to adopt a new lifestyle counter the COVID-19 outbreak. This study aimed understand if citizens’ behaviors attitudes in use peri-urban changing due restrictions. Methodologically, questionnaire survey was carried out, adopting systematic sampling method. Two were chosen areas: first one close town Trento Alps (Monte Marzola), second proximity city Florence Morello). At end data collection, 281 questionnaires collected processed. The results showed an increase visits during pandemic (36.4% visitors Monte Marzola 17.1% Morello, respectively) with aim satisfying need relaxation contact nature.
