Nanoplastics (NPs) are emerging pollutants and have been reported to cause the disintegration of anaerobic granular sludge (AnGS). However, mechanism involved in AnGS was not clear. In this study, polyvinyl chloride nanoplastics (PVC-NPs) were chosen as target NPs their long-term impact on structure investigated.
