This study compares hindering and fostering factors for SMEs in China Sri Lanka their internationalization efforts through e-commerce. The uses qualitative research methods to examine how both countries utilize e-commerce platforms global expansion. The research paper determines the influential factors, such as family support and motivation, for entrepreneurship capability (EC) in Small Medium Enterprise’s sectors Bangladesh. study also identifies medicating role of EC sustainable performance SME’s through financial motivation factors. methodology was focused on quantitative method using reliable instruments sampling measurement purposes. This conducted a sample total 250 questionnaires given to SME entrepreneurs convenience technique Bangladesh, 210 were successfully collected from respondents area. distribution combination social media platforms, face-to-face interactions, Google Forms, where response rate 84%. Analysis SPSS Partial Least Squares (PLS) Structural Equitation Model (SEM). findings indicate that four out five hypotheses supported, while only one (MT-EC) rejected. this there is positive significant connection between FS, MT, variables. capabilities women have notable impact SP. Moreover, FS MT an women's gaps by studying how familial increases feelings high self-efficacy it affects future behavior individuals. study's approach considers environmental aspects simultaneously, adding prevailing understanding it.

Purpose Research on women-owned businesses is more extensive in developed countries than developing countries. This prompted the authors to investigate factors that affect women entrepreneurs' motives start a business and challenges they faced running their India. Design/methodology/approach Data for analysis were collected from 620 respondents using structured questionnaire in-depth interviews with 20 entrepreneurs. The data then analyzed descriptive factor statistical software “SPSS” (Statistical Package Social Sciences). Findings findings showed primary motivation launch own was achieve self-employment. Other motivations include increasing income allowing follow passion. Factor indicates entrepreneurs are motivated by push pull factors. research also shows encounter entrepreneurial journey, such as access financing, issues gender equality social cultural obligations. Purpose Informal female entrepreneurship (IFE) represents a significant yet understudied dimension of economic activity globally. This research aims to conduct systematic literature review (SLR) on IFE. Design/methodology/approach SLR delves into the intricate landscape IFE, examining scholarly contributions sourced from Web Science Social Sciences Citation Index database. Findings By synthesizing existing literature, this sheds light multifaceted dynamics surrounding encompassing factors such as socioeconomic contexts, cultural influences and institutional frameworks.
