In recent years, there have been intense international discussions about the definition and terminology of language disorders in childhood, such as those sparked by publications CATALISE consortium. To address this ongoing debate, a Delphi study was conducted German-speaking countries. This consisted three survey waves involved over 400 experts from relevant disciplines. As result, far-reaching consensus achieved on essential criteria terminology, presented 23 statements. The German term ‘Sprachentwicklungsstörung’ endorsed to refer children with significant deviations typical development that can negatively impact social interactions, educational progress, and/or participation do not occur together potentially contributing impairment. ABSTRACT BACKGROUND: The essential components of an effective neuroscience nurse orientation program for those caring the adult general care population have not been well defined or standardized. METHODS : Using a 2-round, modified Delphi methodology, electronic surveys were distributed to 53 experts in nursing gain consensus on nurse. Survey data included demographics expert, literature-based orientation, and opportunity agree/disagree write additional components. RESULTS Round 1 survey elicited response rate 55% (29/53), round 2 had 51% (27/53) rate. On basis expert responses, 4 new added, 36 revised include only elements with ≥75% agreement. Twenty-two met criteria very important as orientation. CONCLUSION An was reached necessary identified concentrated improving practice provision patients. This study demonstrates priority within standardized nurses based literature consensus. A comprehensive is vital step sustaining high-quality patients neurological outcomes.

Background While different proposals exist for a guideline on reporting Delphi studies, none of them has yet established itself in the health and social sciences across range variants. This seems critical because empirical studies demonstrate diversity modifications conduction sometimes even errors reporting. The aim present study is to close this gap formulate general guideline. Method In an international procedure, experts were surveyed online three rounds find consensus sciences. respondents selected via publications studies. preliminary guideline, containing 65 items five topics presented evaluation, had been developed based systematic review practice existing guidelines Starting second round, received feedback form mean values, measures dispersion, summary open-ended responses their own response previous round. final draft contains which at least 75% agreed by assigning scale points 6 7 7-point Likert scale. Abstract Background In biomedical research, it is often desirable to seek consensus among individuals who have differing perspectives and experience. This important when evidence emerging, inconsistent, limited or absent. Even research abundant, clinical recommendations, policy decisions priority-setting may still require agreement from multiple, sometimes ideologically opposed parties. Despite their prominence influence on key decisions, methods are poorly reported. We aimed develop the first reporting guideline applicable all used in called ACCORD (ACcurate COnsensus Reporting Document). Methods followed methodology recommended by EQUATOR Network for development of guidelines: a systematic review was Delphi process meetings finalise checklist. Abstract Objectives Early, accurate diagnosis is crucial for the prognosis of patients with soft tissue sarcomas. To this end, standardization imaging algorithms, technical requirements, and reporting therefore a prerequisite. Since first European Society Musculoskeletal Radiology (ESSR) consensus in 2015, achievements, further insights into specific entities, revised WHO-classification (2020) AJCC staging system (2017) made an update necessary.
