The current development of public administration is influenced by three main factors namely market pull, governance, and digitalization, which often distracts observers from other fundamental aspects. This article intends to revisit the New Public Administration (NPA) paradigm that focuses on goals relevance, value, change, social justice focusing contemporary Indonesia.
