Background/Aims: This study was conducted with the aim of assessing mental well-being general practitioners (GPs) amidst COVID-19 pandemic in Serbia. These findings are intended to provide valuable insights primary care stakeholders about potential need for support interventions. The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted mental health, with healthcare professionals being particularly vulnerable. This study explores the emotional distress experienced in Serbia, focusing on factors that contribute to symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress. A total 3328 participants from general populations were surveyed using Depression Anxiety Stress Scales-Short Form (DASS-21). analysis revealed certain groups, such as women, non-psychiatrist doctors, individuals a history disorders, those dissatisfied their financial, familial, living circumstances, more likely experience heightened levels Moreover, professionals, especially working challenging conditions, may be at increased risk for health issues. Background and Objectives: The time of the pandemic brought great difficulties, both in state interstate systems, industry, trade, with individuals themselves. In addition, numerous studies have shown a drastic increase mental disorders people around world. Therefore, basic idea our study was to investigate these university students relation their different lifestyles. Materials Methods: cross-sectional carried out at University Niš (Serbia) from December 2021 February 2022. All participants were assessed by using appropriate questionnaires. included 1400 randomly selected (692 females 708 males). statistical analysis data application multiple regression analyses correlation tests. Despite an increased interest in research of theory mind (ToM) recent years - both related to psychopathology (depression and anxiety spectrum disorders) within the typical adults, existing literature is scarce presents some conflicting results. Present study aimed explore sex differences ToM, alongside its associations with current depression symptoms, a large sample adults collected online.Participants completed 15-minutes survey obtaining socio-demographic data, self-reported symptom severity, ToM ability (the Reading Mind Eyes Task). The comprised 605 participants -mostly younger women, high school graduate/student population.The majority reported minimal/mild depressive symptoms that were significantly more severe women. Women also displayed better overall than men. Significant negative correlation between severity was observed, but only individuals expressing requiring clinical attention (such association absent those exhibiting symptoms).Present adds knowledge on ability, anxiety, as well sex-differences this important social cognitive domain. Exploring factors representing indicators vulnerability for depression-anxiety disorders their timely detection treatment.
