Hypoxia,
a
deficiency
in
the
levels
of
oxygen,
is
common
feature
most
solid
tumors
and
induces
many
characteristics
cancer.
Hypoxia
associated
with
metastases
strong
resistance
to
radio-
chemotherapy,
can
decrease
accuracy
cancer
prognosis.
Non-invasive
imaging
methods
such
as
positron
emission
tomography
(PET)
single-photon
computed
(SPECT)
using
hypoxia-targeting
radiopharmaceuticals
have
been
used
for
detection
therapy
tumor
hypoxia.
Nitroimidazoles
are
bioreducible
moieties
that
be
selectively
reduced
under
hypoxic
conditions
covalently
bind
intracellular
macromolecules,
trapped
within
cells
tissues.
Recently,
there
has
motivation
develop
PET
SPECT
radiotracers
containing
nitroimidazole
visualization
treatment
tumors.
In
this
review,
we
summarize
development
some
novel
nitroimidazoles,
well
their
physicochemical
properties,
vitro
cellular
uptake
values,
vivo
biodistribution,
PET/SPECT
results.

Alzheimer's
disease
(AD)
is
a
progressive
neurodegenerative
disorder
and
the
main
cause
of
dementia
worldwide.
As
pathogenesis
AD
quite
complicated,
there
continuous
attention
to
AD-associated
active
species,
such
as
amyloid-β
plaques,
neurofibrillary
tangles,
metal
ions,
reactive
oxygen/nitrogen/sulphur
cholinesterase,
viscosity,
formaldehyde
so
on.
To
this
end,
series
small
molecular
fluorescent
probes
for
these
species
have
been
explored
early
diagnosis
even
remedy
AD.
Herein,
we
systematacially
summarize
versatile
mainly
in
recent
three
years,
including
relationship
between
structure
properties
well
targeted
imaging
application
all
probes.
Moreover,
challenges
perspectives
AD-related
are
briefly
explicated.
We

expect
review
may
provide
guidance
constructing
new
AD-relevant
