Warfarin (WAR), an effective oral anticoagulant, is of utmost importance in treating many diseases. Despite its significance, rapid and precise discrimination WAR remains a formidable challenge, especially facing structural analogs metabolites. Here, three kinds herb-derived N-doped carbon dots (NCDs) were greenly synthesized via fast simple microwave-assisted method. Three NCDs showcased respectable blue fluorescent (FL) properties sensing capabilities for the To improve accuracy identifying metabolites, sensor array composed unique was meticulously designed. Combined with machine learning model, displayed strong immunity to interference WAR, even unknown samples. Meanwhile, FL mechanism deeply expounded. The methodology proffers broad prospects biomass-derived nanomaterials provides feasible project pharmaceutical analysis by capitalizing on learning.

Carbon dots are promising luminescent nanostructures. Their availability, based on inexpensive precursors and their intrinsic fluorescent nature, place them as potential choices against traditional quantum in some applications. However, the carbon nature is nowadays not well defined understood. They usually hybrid nanomaterials terms of structure composition, which hinders knowledge photoluminescence mechanisms. Herein, solvent‐free pyrolysis L ‐glutamic acid by microwave synthesis leads to an incomplete graphitization precursor resulting loose polymer‐like nanohybrids. Further experiments confirm that these (CD) can be crosslinked graphitized a second heating step when using temperatures above 160 °C, reaching plateau over 200 °C. Abstract Carbon quantum dots (CQDs) with photoluminescence properties have been widely recognized, however, their inherent surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) activity is rare reported. Herein, we propose a type of band-gap-tunable CQDs derived from metal-phenolic network (MPN) that exhibits excellent SERS performance. MPN-CQDs may be the ideal nonmetallic substrates to accurately elucidate chemical mechanism (CM) due simply controllable bandgap structure. By screening doped metal elements MPN, can realize optimal effect maximum enhancement factor 5.5×104, also exhibit outstanding reproducibility and stability. We then systematically disclose interfacial photo-induced charge transfer process corresponding migration pathways between analyte. This class finally applied for detection hemoglobin high sensitivity; further combined machine learning algorithm, successfully achieved precise identification heterogeneity hemoglobin. first evidence tunable performance in CQDs, which offers facile avenue in-depth understanding CM materials.
