Pathogenic microorganisms with antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) pose a serious threat to public health and soil ecology. Although new drugs available antibacterial materials can kill ARG carriers but accidentally beneficial microorganisms. Therefore, the rapid enrichment separation of ARGs their from is becoming an important strategy for controlling diffusion ARGs. Hydroxamate siderophore (HDS) has gained widespread attentions its involvement in trace element transfer among environment, we thus explored in-situ trapping-enrichment method via small molecular HDS secreted by Pseudomonas fluorescens HMP01. In this study, demonstrate that significantly traps enriches certain ARGs, including chloramphenicol, MLS, rifamycin, tetracycline environment. The efficiencies were 1473-fold, 38-fold, 17-fold, 5-fold, respectively, higher than those control group. Specifically, primary enriched rpoB, mphL, catB2, tetA(60), Bacillus, Rhizobium, Rossellomorea, Agrobacterium hosts these This was caused upregulation chemotaxis (e.g., cheW, cheC, cheD) biofilm formation within bacterial population. Protist predation is a crucial biotic driver modulating bacterial populations and functional traits. Previous studies using pure cultures have demonstrated that bacteria with copper (Cu) resistance exhibited fitness advantages over Cu-sensitive under the pressure of protist predation. The anaerobic oxidation of methane (AOM) carried out by methanotrophic archaea (ANME) plays an important role in mitigating emissions from aqueous environments and has applications bioremediation wastewater treatment.
