Metabolic syndrome (MetS) is associated with a high risk of cardiovascular disease, leading cause death among women. MetS diagnosis at least 3 the following: blood pressure, fasting glucose, triglycerides, waist circumference, and low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. Di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) is frequently used as a plasticizer to enhance the plasticity and durability of agricultural products, which pose adverse effects human health environment. Surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is a versatile spectroscopic technique, which plays crucial role in enhancing analytical sensitivity, investigating interfacial reaction mechanisms, enabling biosensing, and fostering efficient catalysis. Currently, the common SERS substrates are primarily metal nanostructures, entail high manufacturing costs, complex processes, surface undergo change over time with environmental conditions. These issues limit development of technology. In this work, nitrogen‐doped graphene (N‐graphene) hydrangea was synthesized on silicon (Si) substrate using plasma‐assisted chemical vapor deposition (PACVD), forming an N‐graphene hydrangea/Si hybrid structure as substrate. This offers advantages stability, ultra‐sensitivity, reusability. The three‐dimensional nano‐cavity can increase interaction between light graphene, resulting increased localized electric field. We assessed phthalate-hormone associations in 382 pregnant women of the new-generation SEPAGES cohort (2014–2017, France) using improved exposure and outcome assessments. Metabolites from seven phthalate compounds replacement di(isononyl)cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylate (DINCH) were measured within-subject pools repeated urine samples collected at second third pregnancy trimesters (≈21 samples/trimester). five steroid hormones maternal hair delivery, reflecting cumulative levels over previous weeks to months. Adjusted linear regression Bayesian weighted quantile sum (BWQS) mixture models performed. Each doubling third-trimester urinary mono-benzyl (MBzP) concentrations was associated with an average increase 13.3% (95% CI: 2.65, 24.9) for ∑cortisol, 10.0% 0.26, 20.7) ∑cortisone, 17.3% 1.67, 35.4) 11-dehydrocorticosterone, 16.2% 2.20, 32.1) testosterone, together a suggestive 10.5% −1.57, 24.1) progesterone levels. second-trimester di-isononyl (DiNP) inversely testosterone (−11.6%; 95% −21.6, −0.31). For most hormones, nonsignificant trend toward positive effect observed but not trimester. Our study showed that some metabolites, especially MBzP, may affect adrenal reproductive hormone during pregnancy.

Biomonitoring data have consistently demonstrated that fish, wildlife, and humans are exposed to multiple per- polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in drinking water foods.
