Background/Objectives: Inflammatory bowel disease significantly impairs the patient’s quality of life. In young individuals, both and drugs used for treatment may impact fertility. Our study aimed to assess action new 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives pyrrolo[3,4-d]pyridazinone on rat testes in a model TNBS-induced colitis rats. Results: Colitis did not affect testicular index (expressed as percentage body weight), but 13b, this parameter was than K. No significant differences between noticed malondialdehyde, superoxide dismutase, interleukin-1, or metalloproteinase 9 levels. group, lactate dehydrogenase activity increased; however, administration compound 10b increased when compared K C. Histological evaluation also reveal abnormalities, morphology tissues comparable all groups. Conclusions: The results suggest that exert toxicity.

Megatrends, including climate change, the drive for sustainability, an aging population, urbanization, geopolitical tensions, are producing increasingly challenging environment provision of safe secure food supply.
